Which drone is right for me?
It depends on how you'll fly. For cinematic footage, choose a photography drone with a 4K camera and long flight time like the AeroMaster Pro 4K. For speed and agility, an FPV racing drone is the way to go. If you travel light, a foldable mini drone fits in a backpack. Not sure? How long does shipping take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–3 business days, and we offer free shipping on orders over $500. We ship to 60+ countries; international delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your location and customs processing. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return and refund policy?
You can return most drones and accessories within 30 days of delivery, as long as they're unused and in original packaging with all included parts. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. To start a return, email us with your order number. Are your drones covered by warranty?
Yes. As an authorized dealer, every drone we sell comes with the manufacturer's official warranty, which varies by brand and is included with your product. If your drone develops a fault, contact us and we'll help you file a warranty claim. Damage from crashes or misuse isn't covered by standard warranty, but we're always happy to advise on repairs or replacement parts.
Do I need a license to fly a drone?
It depends on your country and how you fly. In the U.S., recreational pilots must register most drones with the FAA and pass the TRUST safety test, while commercial pilots need a Part 107 certificate. Rules differ elsewhere, so always check your local aviation authority. You're responsible for flying legally — our blog has beginner guides to help you get started the right way.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal, plus flexible financing so you can pay over time on eligible orders. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant providers — we never store your full card details on our servers.
Can I track my order after it ships?
Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our facility, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time. If you created an account at checkout, you can also view order status and tracking anytime under your account. Haven't received tracking within 3 business days?
