At DRONEXX, we want you to fly with confidence. If something isn’t right with your order, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.
Return window. You may return most drones and accessories within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging, accessories, manuals, and included parts.
Non-returnable items. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used batteries, opened memory cards, or items marked final sale. Products showing signs of flight, crash damage, or misuse are not eligible for a standard refund and will be assessed under the manufacturer’s warranty instead.
How to start a return. Email support@dronexx.shop with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and send you return instructions and an address. Please do not ship items back before receiving authorization, as unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return shipping. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Exchanges. If you’d like a different model, the fastest option is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. For defective or damaged items, we’ll arrange a replacement of the same product at no extra cost.
Damaged or defective on arrival. Inspect your drone on delivery. If it arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can resolve it quickly with a replacement or full refund.
Warranty claims. Drones carry the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. For issues that appear after the return window, we’ll help you file a warranty claim with the brand.
International orders. Customs duties and taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable. Return shipping and any re-import fees are the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
